Sales Development Specialist

What this role is about.

Role Overview: Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead qualification.

Day-to-day, week-to-week.

• Conduct outbound prospecting — calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels — to identify and engage potential clients across NAS's priority verticals.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined criteria, converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
• Schedule discovery meetings and solution briefings for the Business Development Head.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records — activity logging, pipeline stage updates, and contact data hygiene.
• Support execution of multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events, referrals) and track channel-level performance.
• Research target accounts and industries to personalize outreach and identify decision-makers.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaign follow-up and lead nurture sequences.
• Provide weekly activity and pipeline reports to the Business Development Head.
• Stay current on NAS's service offerings, competitive landscape, and target vertical trends to engage prospects credibly.

Who we are looking for.

• 3 years of experience in sales development, telesales, or business development — IT/tech services experience preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and resilient in the face of rejection.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and coachable — eager to learn enterprise IT sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
