Sales Account Manager

Posted 1 day ago · Closes 11 Aug 2026

What this role is about.

Role Overview:
The Account Manager will own and grow relationships with NAS's Saudi client base — driving adoption of NAS's specialist service portfolio, ensuring high retention, and identifying expansion opportunities within priority verticals. This role is central to NAS's credibility and footprint in the Kingdom.

Day-to-day, week-to-week.

• Own the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of Saudi accounts, prioritizing BFSI/Fintech, Healthcare, and RHQ-registered multinational subsidiaries, with opportunistic coverage of Retail and Hospitality accounts.
• Drive adoption and cross-sell of NAS's core Saudi service lines managed services, hyperscaler cloud migration and DR.
• Develop and execute account plans, including regular business reviews, renewal management, and expansion roadmaps.
• Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact, coordinating with Cairo-based delivery and technical teams to ensure service quality and timely issue resolution.
• Monitor client satisfaction and retention metrics, proactively addressing risk and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Maintain deep awareness of the Saudi regulatory landscape affecting clients — NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls, PDPL, ZATCA requirements, and Saudization obligations — to advise clients credibly and keep NAS aligned with market-entry constraints, including the RHQ rule's public sector restriction during the initial entry period.
• Contribute market and client intelligence to support NAS's Option B entity build-out and the Month-12 entity structure review.
• Maintain accurate account, pipeline, and forecast data in the CRM in line with NAS's reporting cadence.
• Represent NAS professionally with Saudi clients and partners, upholding NAS's brand and service standards in the Kingdom.

Who we are looking for.

• 4–7 years of account management or client-facing experience in IT services, managed services, or enterprise technology — Saudi market experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of the Saudi regulatory environment relevant to IT/compliance services (ZATCA, NCA, PDPL) is a strong plus; willingness to build this expertise is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow enterprise or mid-market accounts, with a track record of renewal and expansion revenue.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable engaging both technical and business decision-makers.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Saudi national or holder of valid KSA work authorization preferred, given Saudization requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
