• Own and drive the end-to-end business development strategy, aligned to NAS's overall growth targets and vertical priorities.
• Build, manage, and coach the Sales Development function — starting with the Sales Development Specialist — setting outbound targets, cadence, and qualification standards.
• Identify, prioritize, and pursue new business across NAS's core service lines: managed IT services, infrastructure and cloud modernization, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
• Lead vertical-focused pipeline generation, prioritizing BFSI/Fintech, Healthcare, and multinational subsidiary accounts, with opportunistic pursuit of Retail (multi-branch) and Hospitality.
• Maintain a structured pipeline cadence — weekly forecasting, stage-gate reviews, and CRM discipline — in line with NAS's business roadmap and KPI framework.
• Build and manage a partner and channel ecosystem (technology vendors, system integrators, referral partners) to expand reach and deal flow.
• Represent NAS at industry events, client meetings, and vendor forums to build brand presence and generate qualified opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with delivery, marketing, and leadership to shape proposals, pricing, and go-to-market messaging.
• Provide regular pipeline, forecast, and market intelligence reporting to the Managing Director.
• Support cross-market opportunities where Egypt-based business development can feed the broader NAS group pipeline, including early-stage Saudi opportunities
